Wirecard, a leading provider of global payment  and commerce solutions, is pleased to announce their participation in the NBPCA’s 6th Annual Power of Prepaid event, June 21-23 in Washington, DC.  Power of Prepaid is the premier event for the prepaid community connecting experts in prepaid compliance, legislation, regulation and innovation.

Brad Fauss, the former President & CEO of the NBPCA, will deliver the opening remarks for the event and host a fireside chat with the Founder and CEO of Green Dot Corporation, Steve Streit.  Fauss recently joined Wirecard North America as its general counsel and vice president, compliance and governmental affairs. In his new role, he is responsible for managing the legal, compliance and governmental affairs functions for the North American business.   

Fauss commented “I look forward to kicking off the premier prepaid industry event where thought leaders will gather to discuss innovation and the future course of the industry. I am excited that Wirecard will play a prominent role in setting that future course.”

On Thursday, June 22nd, Wirecard will host a networking luncheon for attendees of the conference from 12:45 - 2pm in the Grand Ballroom at The Mayflower Hotel. Brad Garfield, Vice President of Product Development for Wirecard North America, will also be participating in an expert panel presentation on how loyalty programs are driving innovation in the prepaid and incentive card space.
