KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is the biggest airline in the Netherlands and, together with Air France, is Europe’s leading airline group. Facing the future, KLM needed advanced omnichannel acquiring solutions: for its online business, sales via travel agents, as well as for mail and telephone orders.
As an international airline serving 149 destinations worldwide, including Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore, KLM was also searching for a specialist partner in payment processing in India with its strict financial regulations.
