Do you have questions about our support package?

1. How exactly does Pay by Link work?

As a merchant, you create a personal payment link in your Wirecard account. When one of your customers places an order, you send them the link. When they click on it, they are taken to a secure payment page hosted by Wirecard. The customer pays by credit card (more payment options will be added soon) and the money is deposited in your account.

After you have registered, we email you a guide containing a detailed description of how Pay by Link works.

2. I’m already a Wirecard customer. Do I have to register again for Pay by Link?

You just need to complete the below contact form to let us know that you are interested in Pay By Link, and we will do the rest. As soon as Pay by Link has been enabled, this option will also appear in your Wirecard Enterprise Portal (WEP).
