Solution Consultant

  • Become a technical expert of the Wirecard’s PSP solutions. Learning all existing features, planned features and how to configure them.
  • Support the sales team in the pre-sales phase with product and solution-related customer questions.
  • Support the sales team with tender and RFI/RFP processes as well as proposal creation.
  • Responsible for dedicated customer projects from pre-sales until launch in close cooperation with the Project Manager assigned including organizing customer workshops.
  • Gather requirements, processes and system landscape and document them in Business Requirement Documents.
  • Prepare technical and business concepts on how to satisfy the customer’s business needs with Wirecard products and solutions
  • Define the solution with the customer and according to the Business Requirement Document
  • Advise the customers on their implementation strategy
  • Be the primary contact for customers for all in-depth product and solution questions in the pre-sales phase of the project
 Consult with the Principal Product Owner, Principal Software Architect and Business Analysts of our central software plat understaand new functionalities in order to define high-level epics in the project plan.
  • Definition of customer-specific solution changes and extensions together with the business analyst
  • Qualify issues raised by the customer or found during internal integration testing.
  • Consulting for customers including conducting workshops (also on-site) Coordinate with external partners for new functionalities together with Principal Product Owner
  • Give Principal Product Owner input on the roadmap

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration/Business Computer Science
  •  At least five years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering or
  • Technical Product Management
  •  Strong knowledge and experience of software development process and tools (e.g. log
  • analysis, REST API, SQL)
  •  Exceptional oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to
  • partner effectively with our stakeholders and team
  •  Possesses good presentation skills
  •  Has strong analytical and problem solving skills
  •  Possesses excellent conceptual skills
  •  Is highly self-organized, provides a pro-active attitude and organizes work independently
  •  Team oriented
  •  Scrum/Agile experience
  •  Has a fundamental knowledge of the payment domain
