Service Administrator

Coordinate field service and support request with internal stakeholders & external partners, such as vendors, banks and service providers, on the deployment of payment card terminals, accessories and merchant collateral


  • Establish, plan and maintain all field service schedules
  • Review internal stakeholder & external customer requirements and deployment schedule
  • Coordinate daily operations with field service team and vendors
  • Monitor and track the progress of daily task and deployment
  • Assign merchant service support request to field service team and terminal vendors
  • Verify monthly vendor billing report
  • Prepare monthly management report on field service and support
  • Maintain and update asset record of the deployed terminals and accessories
  • Plan and execute project deployment, and provide periodic status report to customer and management
  • Manage shared terminal partners, such as Amex, Diners etc. service request and operation schedule
  • Manage terminal accessory, thermal roll & merchant collateral orders


  • At least 3 years work experiences in related industry and/or field
  • Communicate effectively with partners, customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing needs/priorities
  • Problem solving, analytical and good organization skills
  • MS Word and Excel skills
