Sales Operation Analyst

Position: Sales Operation Analyst

Location: Hong Kong


  • Conduct quality check on merchants documents and guide merchants/sales throughout the onboarding process to fulfil the KYC requirements
  • Handle the merchants’ enquiries with relevant department to get the enquiries solved in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to our key merchants in regards to all daily operations including account maintenance, termination & payment enquiries etc
  • Support the Relationship and Business Development Managers in providing BAU support to the key merchant accounts;
  • Presales/after-sales activities, including support, creation, and coordination of RFI and RFPs
  • Engage SME merchants for onboarding and manage the end to end process
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as required


  • Diploma in business administration; at least 3 years of equivalent training and industry experience will also be considered
  • Has delivered in a similar role such as merchant on-boarding support and familiar with KYC compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and merchant acquiring business
  • Excellent English and Chinese communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexible and highly adaptive in responding to ad-hoc projects in a fast growing environment;
  • Has a good customer service mind-set which is crucial in handling demanding customers;
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills in managing workload;
  • Prior-merchant support experience will be advantageous for this position
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
