Sales coordinator

  • Oversee the on-boarding of merchants, program managers and/or distributors for issuing and acquiring business from post-sales to launch
  • Effective bridge between Sales and Account Management teams; as well as with internal stakeholders (Global Financial Services, Product, Platform etc) and clients
  • Keen eye for detail - Responsible for coordinating Risk, Compliance & Technical workshops and coordinating meetings with clients
  • Conducting and evaluating trends in the Fintech market & any other relevant industry developments
  • Cooperate effectively in cross-functional projects
  • Assist the continuous improvement of internal processes

Requirements

  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Experience in pre-sales or inside sales within financial services or IT related industries is preferred; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management and have strong, structured organizational skills
  • Understand and proficient in legal and financial documentation
  • Team player – must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinating the appropriate resources to meet varying client requirements
  • Highly agile and sense of commitment and adaptability
  • Fluent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Proficiency in other languages would be an advantage but not a must
