Relationship Manager, FI

  • Manage the relationship with the clients within the given portfolio
  • Introducing Wirecard products to clients
  • Handle all operational requirements of clients. This includes coordinating with various internal parties to meet this objective
  • Managed projects, stakeholder’s expectations, commercial assessment and communication
  • Plan and execute strategies to achieve quota
  • Achieve Targets


  • Preferably with Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business /Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales Experience or Partner Management
  • Need to have background in Payments (e.g. Payment Gateway, Issuing, Acquiring etc)
  • Proven account managerial capability and achievement of sales targets
  • Resourceful, independent and highly self-motivated
  • Creative mindset to identify and develop innovative solutions
  • Should be a team player and have the ability to work with others
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business and manage multiple relationships in a matrix environment
  • Strong project, people and relationship management skills
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong team player with creative thinking skills
  • Ability to travel
