Position: Regional Sales Manager, FI

Location: Melbourne

  • Business development and sales which lead to generation of sales revenues for Australia and New Zealand
  • Lead generation, prospect identification and qualification, manage pipeline, sales engagement with presentation
  • Leading response to RFP/Tender
  • Commercials and contracts negotiation
  • Oversee the onboarding of merchants, program managers/distributor for issuing and acquiring business from post sales to launch
  • Interface between Sales and Account Management as well as between internal stakeholders (GFS, Product, Platform, Finance etc) and clients
  • Review and evaluate Fintech market trends & industry developments
  • From time to time cooperate in cross-functional tasks
  • Assist the continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Manage and tracking of customer billings and payments

Requirements

  • At least 5 year experince in regional sales or account management for financial services and software
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Proven track record in sales, business development and revenue generation
  • Demonstrate proficiency in sales management and have strong and structured organizational skills
  • Team player – must be able to collaborate in a virtual team, coordinating the appropriate resources to meet varying client requirements, have a high degree of commitment and flexibility
  • Fluent communication and presentation skills in English, a good command of other languages would be an advantage but not a must
