Head of Product Management APAC, Division Payment & Risk
Define a product vision that aligns to the overall corporate strategy and delivers a sustainable competitive advantage in Wirecard’s operating markets
Develop and implement a product roadmap based on the product vision. The roadmap will be developed based on financial (revenues/EBITDA) opportunities, market demands, competitive forces, execution ability, distribution channels and organizational talent to execute the roadmap
Lead and form a team of strong product managers (m/f) to execute consistently, rapidly, and effectively
Collaborate closely with contributing teams and stakeholder deparments such as BI, Marketing, Controlling, Legal, etc.
Move swiftly, prioritize strongly and drive passionately in order to launch, grow and evolve successful and great products in the market through customer involvement, testing, analytics and learning
Inspire and motivate the company and get everyone moving in the same direction through strong stakeholder management and internal evangelism
Take end-to end ownership over the high-growth, innovative acceptance product portfolio
Research and analyze target markets, competitors and customer groups, maintain strong relationships with thought leaders & industry analysts to enable short and long term product development planning.
University degree in Information Systems or Business Administration
Several years of work experience in a leading role in product management in the Fintech/Financial Services Industry
Strong leadership experience, with excellent inter-personal skills and collaboration abilities
Ability to develop a 360° view of a product from a customer, business, market, legal and technical perspective
Strong and well-developed analytic, problem-solving and quantitative skills
Self-starter with passion for product development and personal responsibility and accountability
Results-orientation with an ability to execute hands on and complete deliverables in a timely manner in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
