- Perform on-site configuration, supervision and technical assistance.
- Escalating feed backs to relevant division.
- Maintain service technical documentation
- Maintenance of service workshop equipment and instruments
- Perform hands-on on-site configuration
- Attend training in HQ whenever Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service
- Communicate with the stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective action
Good communication skills, both verbal and written English. Able to work independently and takes initiative to resolve issues. A good team player, well organised and disciplined.
