Business Analyst, POS

  • Act as Scrum Product Owner in a software development team.
  • Independantly analyze and clarify business requirements with internal stakeholders while assessing the risks of various solution designs
  • Create user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria for product new functionalities and subsequently prepare sprints based on prioritization
  • Point of contact for the international team for any issues arising during the implementation phase and after the go-live.
  • Internal presentations / trainings of newly developed functionalities.
  • Product responsibilities for approval, development, and production maintainance throughout its life cycle.
  • Creation and maintenance of several types of documentation (technical, fact sheets, customer documentation).

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration/Buiness Computer Science.
  • Work in experience as Technical Product Manager / Business Analyst in an IT environment.
  • Knowledge of payment processing is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of software development process and tools.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills to partner effectively with our stakeholders and team.
  • Strong analyticl, conceptual, and problem solving skills.
  • Highly self-organized, provide a pro-active attitud and organize work independently.
  • Team oriented and has scrum/agile experience.
