Wire Card Finance Platform featuring new Travel / Airline Module

Leading European provider of payment systems integrates 2e system booking equipment

Berlin / Grasbrunn (near Munich), June 1, 2005: Wire Card AG, listed on the Prime Standard of the German stock exchange and one of the leading European providers of payment systems, risk management and communications services, and tourism software vendor 2e Systems GmbH headquartered in Kelsterbach, Germany, confirm their successful cooperation. With the smooth integration of the Wire Card payment and risk management platform into the 2e booking equipment, the two solutions providers have taken account of the needs of travel agencies to be able to process reservations smoothly and securely via the Internet.

One of the companies' common customers is dba, Germany's second-biggest German domestic airline, which in February 2005 emerged the winner of a test of various airlines conducted by Stiftung Warentest .

At the beginning of the year, 2e Systems designed the completely new booking application for dba. In contrast, Wire Card has already been an experienced technology and service provider for dba in the field of online payment processing and risk management services relating to airline tickets since August 2003.

The Wire Card platform, in addition to 2e Systems, is already integrated as a standard application in numerous booking machines, e.g. in the systems from Dialog-Computer-Software GmbH/ Caesar or Inovasoft AG/ Dynares.
