QCALL is available on all web-browsers with a secure connection. All successful payments are subsequently shown in the management interface of the Wirecard CEE Payment Center for further processing.

QCALL is excellently suited when the customer does not personally transmit their payment details, but rather this is done on the phone or on an order form.
The respective call center agent enters the customer's payment details (credit card number, expiry date, amount) into the QCALL user interface and immediately receives a response on the customer's financial status.

In order that the method of payment can be accepted, you need a Payment Acceptance Agreement from the respective financial services provider. If you do not have an Acceptance Agreement, we will gladly advise you.
