CASE STUDY
The Lebanese Middle East Airlines (MEA) has chosen the entire payment and acquiring solution of Wirecard AG. Since the beginning of June 2008, the full solution for payment processing with integrated risk management for all distribution channels, from the counter to the Internet to the BSP interface of IATA (International Air Transport Association) is in use. Adib Chreif, Head of Information Technology at MEA, said: „For us, among other things the determining factor was the extensive reconciliation across all systems. The largest private Indian airline, Jet Airways, relies on the IATA BSP payment solution of Wirecard AG. V.
